Does sourceng charge a buyer's fee?
No. There is no fee or charge to buyers. We charge suppliers commission on the products we source.
Is sourceng tied to any particular brand or manufacturer?
No. We are independant of any manufacturer or retailer. We search for the best for our customer.
There must be a catch?
Our service is a no obligation service, we find you the best quote based on your requirements. We send you the quote and you let us know if to proceed. The price quoted is the price you pay - there are no hidden charges. Only when you are happy with your price will sourceng request payment.
Will I have to deal with call centres?
No. sourceng conducts the majority of its business on-line. However when you do need to speak with a sourceng person, you will deal directly with a sourceng person.
Why are suppliers happy to pay a commission?
The dealer saves on sales staffs' commissions, advertising costs etc. They also find we are a perfect way to find buyers of their cancelled orders and over stock without publicly discounting a model in the showroom.
