We only use service providers that meet our strict quality policies. Only the best get onto our database.
We judge our providers on three main criteria:
- Quality
- Time
- Cost
By completing the Request Form sourceng then start sourcing the services you require based on the three criteria. Where required we will arrange a site inspection. We'll let you know the cost and you decide your actions from there, no obligation.
Once agreed and work is completed, we ask you to complete a customer service questionnaire. If the three main criteria have been fulfilled the service remains on the database.
The suppliers are only paid once the criteria have been fulfilled to sourceng's satisfaction.
We are there for our customer, ensuring the criteria have been fulfilled ensures a happy customer.
